I bring a dependable, detail-oriented approach rooted in years of project and program management, along with a lifelong interest in photography. I hold an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot certificate and am fully insured for both general liability and drone operations. My goal is to help real estate professionals showcase each property’s best features through high-quality, engaging media that connects with buyers and adds impact to every listing.

Whether highlighting the full scope of a property and its surroundings, showing proximity to nearby features, or capturing a unique angle that can’t be achieved from the ground, drone images add valuable context and visual interest. I hold an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot certificate, comply with all applicable regulations, and use industry-standard equipment to create clear, well-composed aerial shots that enhance your listing and help potential buyers see the bigger picture.

Floorplans (coming Spring 2025)
Floor plans provide essential context by giving buyers a clear sense of layout and flow. I offer clear floor plan graphics with estimated measurements, created using state-of-the-art techniques. 360 Virtual Tours (coming Summer 2025)
360° virtual tours give prospective buyers the ability to explore a property at their own pace, anytime and from anywhere. These immersive, interactive tours allow viewers to move through each room and get a real sense of space and layout—something still photos alone can’t always convey. I use specialized cameras and professional techniques to create smooth, intuitive virtual experiences that add depth and engagement to your listings.

Video adds energy and movement to a listing, offering a dynamic way to showcase a property. I will create engaging videos that can feature interior spaces, exterior highlights, and aerial perspectives using drone footage.
