Basic: Still Photography
This includes any reasonable number of photos to accurately represent the property (local MLS guideline is up to 60). Includes interior and exterior photos. Prices vary by home square footage.
Up to 2,000 sq. f.t: $200
2,000 - 3000 sq. ft.: $250
3,000 - 4,000 sq. ft. $300

Requires separate trip and includes front-of-home shots. Also includes front of home aerial shots if Drone Photos option is added.
